Metro Survey

As you may know, the site at 74th and Glisan (the old Trinity Broadcasting building) is in the early stages of re-development. The Board has been participating in the community panel and now Metro is asking for input from the broader community.

Please take a moment to complete the survey: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/M9FS3ZW

From Metro:
Thank you for your interest in Metro’s affordable housing bond program and specifically, the new affordable housing to be built at NE 74th and Glisan.

In late spring 2021, Metro and Portland Housing Bureau will select a developer to build 120 to 150 new affordable apartments on this site. This survey is part of early engagement focused on supporting future tenant wellbeing and neighborhood benefit. Metro wants to hear from people with similar experiences to those who will live in this new building, including people who have been houseless or lived in low-income housing and Black, Indigenous and other people of color. Metro would also like to hear from neighbors who live, work or own a business in the area so this new housing can be an asset to the neighborhood.

This survey will be open through March 1, 2021. It will take 8-10 minutes to complete. Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback.

Mini-Poll #2 Results

Thanks to everyone that responded to our most recent mini-poll. The results are in! Note, these surveys are for general interest only and are not statistically rigorous 🙂
