Our 7-Grain Cereal is ideal as a hearty breakfast cereal, or as an ingredient for 7-grain bread. Each individual grain variety is milled, sifted, cracked, and then combined thoroughly (by equal parts of weight) in a mixer at Camas Country Mill.
This delicious, nutritious cracked cereal, designed with the help of Jesse Dodson, Bakery Manager of New Seasons Markets in Portland, Oregon, is milled specifically from Organic Oregon-grown grains.
Cooking instructions: Rinse grains before cooking. Combine 1 part
cereal to 2-4 parts water or stock. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 20-30 min. Enjoy!
