Arbequina Olive Oil has a piquant and robust 'green' flavor. The spiciness in Olive Oil is a result of anti-oxidants.

About the farm:
Established in 1983, Polit Farms is a small, family-owned/operated farm that started out growing and milling organic rice. Three decades later, they now also grow organic olives for the production of organic extra virgin olive oil.
Fresh from the groves to their state-of-the-art olive mill, they are able to control every aspect of the process to achieve the highest quality Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil. This oil is certified Kosher in our 1/2 gal glass jug.
