These Organic Apricot halves have a sweet-tart flavor and are darker in color than commercial sun-dried apricots.

After the apricots are washed, cut, and pitted, they are then carefully laid out on redwood trays to dry in the sun of California’s San Joaquin Valley. They are naturally dried without any additives or preservatives.
